Aleshia's Story
Aleshia lost her job unexpectedly during COVID, and found herself crippled by imposter syndrome as an effect of ten years working in a toxic environment. Then, just as she started to entertain the idea of starting her own business, she fell and broke her ankle.
In healing, she learned first-hand what her bodywork clients experience in body pain through recovery so she could build her business from a better place of awareness.
