NEW CLIENTS - INITIAL CONSULTATION
If you have never met with TeriLeigh before OR if your last session was more that 12 months ago, a minimum of 60-minutes is required.
Returning and on-going clients whose last session was less than 12 months ago. Select the amount of time you think you need. If you use more/less time we will adjust your booking and fees at the time of service.
All sessions are conducted via telephone unless specified otherwise at the time of booking.
TeriLeigh provides education in body posture and mechanics based on yoga theory, spiritual healing techniques, and lifestyle philosophy as prescribed by TeriLeigh LLC. I will not hold TeriLeigh LLC to any higher standard of care than applicable.
24 hours notice for cancellation is required. The online booking system will not allow clients to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, text or email TeriLeigh directly. TeriLeigh will call you precisely at the time of your appointment. If you do not answer, she will text you and/or try to call you again in 2-5 minutes. If you do not reply to the text or call, you will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged. Any no-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full rate. A late arrival appointment will be truncated to end at the set time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
TeriLeigh accepts cash, check, and credit card, PayPal and Venmo. When you pay with credit card, your card is kept on file through our secure network using Stripe for payment at future sessions. Payment is due at the time of booking. No refunds are available.
The Client understands that lack of cooperation, failure to keep appointments, failure to follow instruction and complete homework is at the Client’s own choice and may diminish the results or necessitate additional education at additional cost.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Client recognizes this Agreement is not a guarantee of results and deals solely with the services and education to be rendered and the fees to be paid for the education and coaching provided. The Client’s payment obligation is not contingent upon the outcome.
Any information shared by the Client, including contact information, to TeriLeigh LLC is considered private and confidential and will be protected by TeriLeigh LLC. TeriLeigh LLC reserves the right to use case study information for professional purposes (such as marketing and future education) from the Client given that the Client’s identity is protected and remains anonymous. The Client reserves the right to refuse use of anonymous case-study information at any time by written notification to TeriLeigh LLC.
All packages have expiration dates to encourage clients to stay accountable to their process. Un-used sessions in expired packages will not be refunded.
HOUSE CALLS or IN-PERSON SESSIONS
House calls require a $25.00 travel fee. If you met TeriLeigh at a special event and booked an in-person session, she will meet you there at the time of your session.
LAST-MINUTE & EMERGENCY SESSIONS
In the event that you want to book a session with less than 24 hours notice, you must contact TeriLeigh directly. If you want to book a session with less than 1 hour notice, you will be charged an extra $10.
One simple answer follow-up text question is included with each telephone session. If a client initiates a spontaneous or un-scheduled text conversation that is not a simple follow-up question, TL will suggest another session. If the conversation continues, a texting session ($25) will be charged.
